This is the Indian call center scam claiming you are under legal threat due to your social security number.
I get them from this same company at least twice a week!
After looking into it, Microsoft has posted this as a scam.

They continously ignore our request to get us off their automated call list.

:40 PM EST - Alleged call from Express-scripts on my recorder wanting me to call back. I did not. The callback number did not match the Express-scripts customer number. I suspect an attempted scam.

Called me about social security and hung up. I called back and this Indian speaking man wanted to scam me off my social security information I gave him everything wrong and then he hung up moment to he found out the name and socials didn’t match
