they called asking me about signing up for their app called "Spector" or something like that. they got my name and address wrong.
Call randomly and immediately hang up upon answering otherwise never leave voicemail. When I try calling back a male immediately answers almost frantic saying hello, hello, hello, and hangs up.

The speaker's name is Diane, and the firm seems to be based in Marysville, WA per the caller ID.
This caller left a nasty message on my 83 year old mothers phone.
This number is calling me like six or seven times a day they never leave a message and when you try to call back it’s got a busy signal it’s a scammer
Got a text saying "Hey". I texted back asking who is this and their reply was "me hoe". Then they asked me who I was. I blocked and reported them without replying.
Whoever it is they won't leave a message.

Phone number unrecognized so str8 to VM. Caller ID reveals Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC. a debt collection agency. Left no msg so received no return call.
Don't recall if they left msg on machine. Any time I get a person advise I'm on registry and tell them not to call again.

When you dial that number they ask you for your phone number to call back.
