That's a new one apparently. Helps a lot that people report. So I do. Big time scam.

He called and threatened me that my social security number was under investigation.

Absolute scam!! Tried keeping him on the phone but he was to eager to miss out on scamming others and insisted I call back as soon as I could to fix this problem that doesn’t exist!! I don’t even have a Mac!!

Said there was a person complaint on my SSN and driver license tried to get my SSN and driver's license number

person with an Indian (as in India) left a message threatening to arrest me if they didn't receive a call back and provide them with my social security number.

Non programmed number called but didn’t leave a message. Another one blocked!!!

Robot left a message claiming that there was a crime related to my social security numer

This number called my voicemail but left no message. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. Doesn't social security have an 800 number? They send letters to you if there's a problem.

Said electric bill hadn't been paid and were going to shut it off.

Caller left message saying they were a skip-tracing firm.

14 times so far today. From "Social Security Administration" Leaves a message every time. About to call back to threaten to report them for harassment.

Scam recruiters using linked in to get your information

Said they were from some tech support company and my debit card would be charged $299.99 unless I called a number and cancelled. Never signed up originally. Must be a fake call to get personal info. Definitely a scam.

Also spam – ID was masked, no message was left

A automatic voice saying my SIN has been filed for legal action and if I didn't respond, some one would come and arrest me

This company keeps calling with recorded messages

I didn't answer the call in time, but i have no known business or association with this number.

Called November 26th at 9:32am and 4:30pm.

They never say anything when we pick up.

We've gotten it even BEFORE we had a credit card!

Said my social security number was being used fraudulently and if I didn't give them a bunch of money I would lose my social security and go to prison!
