Received a fraudulent phone call that my hotmail account was being suspended. Person had a foreign accent. Told person this was a fraudulent phone call and I was blocking the number then I hung up

Prank caller, just keeps saying he can't hear you and that he needs you to call him back, very annoying as he calls several times saying the same exact thing, if you try and call back he sends you straight to voicemail
