Neighbor spoofing caller ID robo call number listed on several spam reporting sites online.

I applied online for personal loan and they called back as speedy cash.

Number flagged on another website as robo-scam.

He came in and procrastinated on giving donation by coming in and looking and texting on his phone who does that he then walks out saying he will be back
