Find them. Hang them from the City walls. Warn all other scammers that this is what will happen when you scam honest people. That will fix the problem.
This number calls REPEATEDLY at all times of the day and night. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, so these calls directly into my voice mail. They have never left a message, so are mostly likely a telemarketers or scammers.

Call about potential legal action from a complaint sent to their office. Leaves a file number and tells you to call. Answering agent is supposed to tell you with questions.
