This is definitely a scammer. They have called me several times over the last few weeks.
Nothing more to add, just appeared to be a sales call that was not very respectful, hence my logging this call.

I received the same call that I won a Lincoln, $3,5 million & $10,000 a month for life. When I called back they asked for my name. I said you must know it - since you called me. They hung up
They left a message stating they were calling me as an Amazon Prime customer and charging renewal of my account for 250.00, and to call them to reverse the charge. This is a phishing scam

After the recording, it was answered by a person at which time I asked to be removed from their call list.
The message that was left from this phone number said they were going to block my Social Security number if I don't call them. Look like another Bottom feeder trying to scam people out of money.
