They call once or twice a day but never leave a voicemail. My phone tells me that this is spam caller.
Utah Code Title 13-25a-103(3)(a-c) prohibits phone calls on Sundays, Holidays, before 8AM and after 9PM.

This number popped up and caller (recording) said he was with the Social Security Services and there was fraudulent activity on my account. I then hung up.
Claim to be a debt collector ! We owe NO ONE and our credit score is extremely high . I have reported it and the associated address to the police and government agencies . Harassment is not acceptable - esp when they demand money .

Claimed to be a bill collector but used incorrect information
Computer scam. Caller claimed to be the guy that worked on my computer. No one has ever worked on my computer. He said my computer has errors (all computers do) and wanted access to mine.
Called 2x's. Figured it to be a robo call. Other sites have said that it was.
The lady told me if I wanted it to stop I had to pay the bill even if it was not mine.

Once you contact them they will not stop calling. First as a courtesy call then about a week apart then a month apart. Finally I have just blocked the number.
Yes, Upon my answer a recording referenced a social security records breach. "BEWARE" The referenced recording stated to call the number back for more information. Hang up if you receive a call from this number
