This is a scam to try to download malware onto your computer.
Then I told him I was on a federal do not call registry and he had to remove my number from his list or I would report him.

I tried calling the number back from the caller ID and it indicates this number is not in service.
This number has called before, nothing on the other end. I call the number back and get a message "GH 22 US Cellular, this number no longer in service
This company calls me several times a month on my cell phone.
I do not pick up the phone when I see a number displayed that I do not recognize so I did not talk to them but they are calling several times a day.
