I missed a call from this number, i called back and i asked who they are. The person on the phone told me that they can not tell me who they are, and probably i will receive more calls, so i will know at that time. Weird...

I do NOT believe you people care or will do anything about these calls. You know about "robo" calls and do not take any action. You could be proactive and stop most of this and fraud
