Caller said they were with my cars warranty Dept. then wanted me to give them info, before they told me anything. Caller also said they were calling from California but the number has a Maryland area code

Consumer called to report that she is getting telemarketing calls from Card Services offering to lower her credit card interest rates.

Two calls in two days with a foreign voice saying something about fraud division of the treasury.

Don't they get it? When they have called you over and over and you do not respond, they should know that you are NOT INTERESTED!! Now it is just an annoying call.
