When calling this number back it says number is not in service. How can a number not be in service if the call is coming into my phone.

They call many times under many phone numbers.
I have never given them any information nor do I give out my cell number for any businesses, it is only given to friends and family.
A recording stated that they were a market research firm in San Diego and a member of the BBB.

Multiple calls from this number in last 72 hours but does not leave message.
