I called them back they wanted my social, said someone was hacking my social. Definitely a scam call

Today they started calling daughters phone too at 230pm twice in a row.

My husband Randy and I have asked at least 50 times to stop calling us.

Robo fem Asian caller, usually Chinese embassy or DHL scam message.

They called my cell phone, and I accidentally called back. Their answering machine identified them as the Fundraising Center and said they could not take my call.

I added my phone number to the do not call list again, although my phone should have already been in that list.

Said they were from immigration services then said my SSN was getting hacked but left a message saying legal action was going against me

Answered and it disconnected immediately

Calls & calls with a hang up. I blocked it. Ridiculous

They have your name and number, most likely get from recent public records related to a legal matter. If in doubt, contact your lawyer's office. Do not call them, do not give them any other identifiable information.
