This is a telemarketer that robotically calls mobile phone numbers, lets it ring once then disconnects, and if you call back, you get a recorded message offering a $100 discount on something.

He says that it was ordered by someone for me and already paid for.

I told him I only do business with one company concerning my computer and told him not to call me.

I feel having registered with the do not call, would act as notice to these relentless phone calls from these companies.
