Trying to get people to call about a money making deal, go to a website to review details.

Answering lets the caller know that there is a person at the other end of the line and they may continue to call and also forward the number to others.

This is happening to many people.

They called soliciting a credit card I told them to take me off of their internal call list they got billegerant with me!

I answer, but the caller says nothing.

They called several times, I pick up the phone and they hang up.

Cut them off this time before their recorded msg started by using the # key.

Surely someone has the technical ability to locate the location this call is being made from. Scam suspicion
