This is a private cell phone.

This number calls repeatedly and then hangs up when I answer. When I try to call back, I get a message "all staff are busy at this time".

Recording gives a prompt to be removed from there list.

Text message received last night at 8:48 PM. Same as others have reported: "Yooo bro c'est lui !" followed by a Youtube link that I did NOT click! Blocked the number.
