This was a number I obtained (after much searching) to help with a query for Amazon but it was not an Amazon number - it was for an Agency- as I could not find a direct number to Amazon. I was charged £13.56 for 10 minutes, having been told there would be a charge (a bit over £1 per minute). Although more expensive than some calls I make, the woman at the other end was very helpful and resolved my query.
