I have been talking to this guy for weeks He told me his name is Charles Buffet and that he lives in England. He also said his wife died three years ago giving birth and that he had a 22 year old daughter. He said he was an investor for a oil company called Seychelles but yet he wanted to borrow 1.500 from me. When I told him I didn't have any money he told me he owned stock in Walmart but couldn't get the money out of them because he needed a checking Account in the states and couldn't get here to open his own This guy sent me pics of what was supposed to be him his deceased wife his daughter and everything luckily I didn't fall for it I hope they catch this guy and string him up

I have received repeated unwanted texts from this phone number, asked them to stop, to cease and desist, and they have continued now for the 4th contact. I have submitted a complaint with the FTC.You should too. Go to the FTC homepage or the Donotcall registry and they will redirect you. Text messages are apparently outside the donotcall law. No one you do not know should ever be contacting you...Hello!!!! that is a bad sign. Obviously from what is reported here, none of you should respond. REprot Please for everyone's safety! FTC will ask your info but you do not hav to give it to complain.
