You can't even call these D-Bags back. If you dial the number you get a recorded message that says your call cannot be completed as dialed. Can't they at least spoof a believable number?
Getting them thar phone calls too, but I'm not gullible enough to answere the phone, why would anyone answer a call from someone they don't know? Its not the phone it's YOU! So quit picking up the phone, if you have voicemail and its impotent, a ligitimate person will leave a message, PLAIN AND SIMPLE!
I get these call on my cell about twice a week. Never a voicemail, they just call around 12noon time. I am unable to block them on my cell.
they just called today [24 Jan 08] around 6:35PM.yesterday an unavailable number called around this time, too.dafuck is up with that?! it's a creepy number to begin,and then from what i've read, the use doesn't speak.i'm paranoid enough -- rather than tapping lines,the government should check [***] like this out 'cause it'smessed up. i don't appreciate it.

I receive four or five (unanswered) calls from this number every day. What's the use of being on the "Do Not Call List"? I still get as many unwanted calls as ever.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
