I received a call from an emergency 112 number... WHY????

I got an unlocked tmoble HTC 4 g and got 100 text messages in fortyfive min. How do I remove it or block it. I tryed text ing 24222 stop . It worked for a while and iy comes back. Reboot, cleaned every thing and nothing works.. Help!

Showed up as a text telling me a text I sent to a landline was incorrect.

Got a text from this number. Claiming to be 15550 error.

I have been getting these calls from: 112-161-1611 ever since I bought the UNLOCKED MOTOROLLA RAZOR Phone "v3i" from CompUSA store (current name: Tiger Direct) ... It has a T-MOBILE STICKER on the back of this phone)...About 3-4 years ago. The MESAGE starts off with: 453 ERROR INVALID NUMBER. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number, or using a valid short code. (Then on the NEXT LINE): 06050415CCC00260D99B564D (continues on next line) 1BB669C9BB062C1A325C0000.From: +1121611611 8:07pm 5/15/13. Typically it comes on immediately after my battery is totally, and after I have fully charged it. Occasionally, it comes on at any time (like this one). Once I reply with my cell phone number...I will get another message immediately as follows: "1121611611 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. (It repeats my cell number). From: +1121611611 1:08 pm 5/15/13. I called up AT&T (my cell phone) service provider several times in the last few years...They reset my phone, changed SIMS CARD 3 times --- But, to avail. I also called up T-MOBILE's highest Technical Support Level...They could NOT solve it either...Perhaps the issuer of this NUMBER 112-161-1611 may be able to HELP. WHO ISSUED THIS 112 area code number?...In which STATE is the EXCHANGE LOCATED? My phone number is also registered on the GOVERNMENT DO NOT CALL LIST @ 888-382-1222, or www.donotcall.gov web site. I plan to register this COMPLAINT at the above website, every time I receive such calls. If everyone does the same...IT MIGHT HELP...Government might be able to identify that number and STOP it's use.

I JUST CALLED ATT about the same number... told them about the different comments and wanted to be ASSURED that there was no samming charging me or anything like that... and the EXACT TIME they showed up was at a time when i sent out texts WITHOUT the area code and i did recieve error messages.... ATT CONFIRMED that it was the number associated with the error message... ALSO call this number from your cell phone to be removed from being able to be called from spammers 888-382-1222 and you can put your number on the www.donotcall.gov website to be removed from solicitors and spammers too.HOPE THIS HELPS... just wanted to let you know also, that scammers can also change settings on their outgoing call to APPEAR to look like ANY other number including this number so.. to keep those calls from tricking you into thinking its from this number and its really a scam or spam where they sign you up to charging services for just opening a text or answering a call which is NO GOOD AT ALL .. then call the number above and put your number on website... to avoid the tricksters from getting you. bye for now.. safe surfing to all!
