Lately been receiving cell phone text messages and Spam Email from the same location/phone set. 1-410-100-002, 1-410-100-003. I've contacted the USA FTC and reported. I've also did research on Google and found that all robo-calls/emails are coming from Ukraine (Cyber Hacker Central, that support ISIS. Other words the under-ground Mobs of the world wants your data.) So to protect yourself you need to trash your cell phones and all Email accounts. Also stop giving companies your phone number, such as: Medical providers, Banks, Employment, IRS and Etc.

Police that use hotmail, a free web based email service that anyone in the world can get. Then we have a phone number with an invalid area code. There are no area codes in North America from 000 to 199. The prefix is next, also fake. It cannot start with a '0' or a '1'. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this one.
