Text saying they got my contact info from a former employer (a website I wrote for) and needed me for a job that pays $400 a week. Used the name "Sarah" but name says "Kadija Aslam" and email to contact is clarejtu @ g mail Clearly a phishing technique, probably to access Gmail accounts since they're more difficult to hack. My advice is don't respond and block. Change your email password just to be on the safe side since that's likely where they got our phone numbers.

got a text saying to follow the link to confirm my phone number on my facebook or it will close my account. LOL nice try, scammers

Received a text from this number stating that a "card" starting with (six digits) was "blocked." "Call 24/7 Protection Department now at 1-866-203-9195 (said the text was from that number as well).... When I called the number it requested my "ATM card number." Dangerous.

Received a text from a number, 1410200500. Did not open it but from looking at the preview of the message, I could see it started with the FRM format that a lot of people here have reported. I deleted the text message and did research on the number and found my way here and other sites saying this number and like it are scams. Blocked number promptly after that.

Recieved a text from this # asking if I would be interested in wrapping my vehicle to advertise an energy drink, and I would be paid $500/week. They sent a $3600 check to me with instructions to wire $3000 to the "dealer" and to keep the $600 as my first week of pay....A total scam

Got a text saying they were from Comcast with a link. I didn't click it but blocked the number.
