I got a text from this number saying I had won $500,000 from google. Total bull.

Just got a text from this number. It seems they are trying to get sneakier. Below is what it stated exactly, but without hyperlinking anything:FRM:9857702824SUBJ:95745907608MSG: You can access now: www. login-userid-93766644. x-finity. site/

Just got a text message from this number stating that my Chase bank account has been blocked. Which is good as I do not have a Chase account, message had number for contact but did not open or dial it. Complete losers!!!!!!

A text said that your Wells Fargo account had been suspended because of a possible violation of the Patriot Act and that all transactions are halted until you can verify your identity. They gave me a case # and a link to a phony Wells Fargo log in page.

Received a text message on my mobile from this number. The text had a phone number stating that it was CitiBank and a call back number 347-609-4037. I called that number from my landline == the automated message stated that it was Wells Fargo - that my debit card was flagged for possible fraudulent use. INTERESTING = because I HAVE NO accounts with Citibank OR Wells Fargo........... the message prompted me to enter my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Yeah - like I am going to be stupid enough enter that................. Nice try...

Mine referenced a Wells Fargo account. Don't have one. Fishing.

Phishing scam. Text msg claiming that my bank of america card will be suspended if I don't go to a bogus website : card review bank of america . com which redirects to another site (on turningpoint.today) telling me because of the Patriot Act I need to verify something or my account will be suspended; I'm supposed to click on the button to login to bank of america. Another click goes to a web page imitating bank of america with a login button; but site is not bank of america. Obviously do not login and give them your password; do not go to any of these sites on a vulnerable computer.

This evening I got a text from this phone number 1.41.020.0500 and it said the message was from Wells Fargo @ 706.251.7228 and that my attention is needed. I don't do any business with this bank at all so I marked it as a spam number and blocked it. Truly is a shame that people so desperately employ phishing/smishing tactics to deceive people and ultimately con them in some way, especially of their time and money.

Call 24/7 Protection Department now 1-916-233-16881:30 PM---------------------------------------------------------------i don't have an account with Golden 1. have never even heard of them.
