I blocked this caller on my phone yet they managed to get through the block and my phone rang again 10 minutes later, it may have something to do with the way it was dialled, very strange +1 (599) 214-102
I don't recognize this number and I've received a few calls from it over the last few days.What or who is it?Why are they calling?And how did they get my number?

I answered it by mistake and it was someone claiming to do a PPI or something. They were foreign and difficult to understand. Definitely a call centre somewhere. They wanted my address to send a claim form. I said cheerio and hung uo

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
