I called this number back. It was a recording from Reward Redemption stating I was awarded a $100 rebate card from an affiliate company. Press 1 to receive the gift card. Press 2 to be placed on the Do Not Call list.

Got a a call from them at 9:16am PST.. Since nothing good comes out of New Jersey ;) , I declined it on my cell. No voicemail left.

For what it's worth, you can register your phone (cell or landline) with the Do Not Call registry. The FCC prohibits telemarketing calls by people you have not authorized to call you and by registering, unauthorized callers are not suppose to call--in reality...you know how that goes. But it does stop some of those nuisance calls. You can call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you want to register. It takes effect in 30 days if not earlier. You can also register by logging on to donotcall.gov . That may not solve the problem entirely but it's a start. Scam and other unauthorized calls can be reported to the FCC.

10:40 PM got a call from this number. Rang once and hung up. WTF!!! The phone ringing at this time of night are the ones that make my heart sink...
