Just got the same call. Got a call from the same number a few nights ago and said we'd won a cruise. This time I didn't bother answering, and when the answering machine kicked in, they hung up. We're in New New Brunswick

what i did was buy a phone with number block as one of the features. Now when i get a blocked number or number unknown it rings once and then disconnects the call. I have the option of adding up to 30 numbers to the block number list on my phone and works quite well !!!

they keep calling me asking if i am or know sombody
"Greater Nevada Credit Union Fraud Prevention" called and left message. We called bank directly, no prob with our cards or account. Incidentally, we always get a bunch of scam calls after posting something to Craigs List or FB Market Place.

Scotia bank fraud Dept calling about a change to my account
I just tried to log into my SS account and could see that this number was trying to get a code to gain access. This country is OUTTA CONTROL. Hey Elmo is this you and your teen gang?
SCAM - Caller with Indian accent claimed to be calling from Barclays credit card fraud department. Asked for personal information. Just hang up.
