I just received this called from a unknown number today on 11/26/13 @ 10:45am so I let it go to the answering machine. It was a machine and they started asking for my uncle, said that there was a complaint on him and he has 4 hours to respond or they will contact his attorney and/or his job and garnish his wages. Grandma almost believed it but I said let me look up this number, found this page here, deleted the message, obviously nothing to worry about but re-blocking unknown callers *77 via Charter Communications.

got a message stating i had 4 hours to respond to a possible legal action. i read someone else's post about the 4 hours to return call. glad i checked this site before returning call

I have received multiple phone calls from this number for a Madelyn. If they do not call back then this person is going to be thrown in jail. I finally called back and was treated very rudely. Hung up on now four times. All I have been asking is to not be called any more but they say they can't stop it and hang up on me. One time she said she was going to look me up in their system.. I said I'm not in the system and she hung up on me again. FED UP!

I received a voicemail stating that I had 4 hours to respond to the call and contact my attorneys because I was being sued. The message also stated that there was a restraining order against me. They threatened to call my employer and have my wages garnished to resolve the issue. As usual, the phone just rang, passcode asked for and then disconnect. What can be done to stop this harassment?

I also got the same message stating I had 4 hours to contact them back because I'm being sued and something about a restraining order, the system that called me was automated the number it told me to call I tried calling it back and restricting my number and a person answered it sounded like they were at home there was tv noise in the background when I asked what company it this for the person hung up. Total SCAM!!!

I also got a call from 2024172021. I work overnight so I literally just got home and checked my messages. That freaked me out but I ain't stressin it. I didn't do anything. Big scam to get money. GO BOOF yourself

Got a call from these people over a three month period. For the last 3 days I have had four hours to call back something about restraining order and complaints and serving me at work. I Finally got tired of the messages and called back. The lady told me she is from IRS Litigations and that I had 1300 to pay back for a payday loan that is over 7 years old. I was informed that I was going to be taken to court and served with subpoena at my work and my wages would be garnished. Funny thing is she gave me my address as one that I haven't lived at in over 10 years. I asked for something to be mailed to me so I knew where my money was going and how much I owed. She told me they don't mail anything to anyone unless the bill is paid in full and I had to use debt/credit card or checking account I couldn't pay with money order. I told her that I would call back on wed. that they were not getting my bank info. She told me she would Email the courts to freeze my case temporarily and asked me to give a time I would call back. after I said sometime after 2 she said she was only there until 2. These people are scammers don't listen to them.

I also got the same message and I also got one about fraud. And that they were going to serve me papers at work. They called me today and I got pissed and called them and they kept hanging up on me. Is there anything you can do about the calls? Thought is was illegal?

I have received two calls and they say I owe the same amount for a debt that I hav and active account on now. Asked them for proof and they hung up on me.
