Got a call from litigation dept (no company name, odd?) mentioned restraining order & garnishment but no info on what / why. Held on and got a person who asked me to hold, which I did until they hung up!\SCAM!
got a recording of someone stating my name to requesting me to call them within 4 hours or they would contact an attorney. i looked up this number and apparetly im not the only one this has happened to
receive message for someone not associated with my phone...... four hours and this guy will be sued - but it also might be related to a restringing order....
Got a call from this number yesterday on my cell phone and then again today at my job... I am reporting this number they have no right to call my job. I tried calling the number back and either the mailbox was full or no one was available to take my call.... SCAM for sure
They called my job and when I called back they wanted my information but wouldn't give me theirs. Told me I was being taken to court.

Received a call for one of our employees. This is the second scam situation in a month with calls coming in to our office. Tried to report to Federal agency, I don't think they will be doing anything about it.

yup, same here............i think they even said something about a restarining order, lol.....anyway i guess only have 4 more hours til it all goes down. I used to get calls similar to this a month or so ago but I thought they has stopped. I guess not! The last time they said they were sending the police over to my work...............I'm still waiting since i'd love to file a report on them, but I'm pretty sure they are out of India so i don't think the local police can do much about it. They will try and contact your Supervisor/ Director though, so be careful. I just explained to him that it was scam and forwarded a link to an article I found online about it. he knew there was something strange with the call in the first place so he believes me. Looks like I have to let him know that they're calling again.
