Called me at work with a threatening message. Said I had 4 hours to call back or there would be a restraining order filed and my pay would be affected. I waited and pressed 9, the lady that answered acted as if I had called them. She asked for my name and to verify the last 4 of my social security #. I asked what this was in reference to and she said a payday loan and she worked for the lawyer trying to collect the repayment (Renee Clark). PHONE 202 417 2021 .. Different people always answer they refuse to send out any information. Please put these scammers under the jail.

I got a phone call on Oct.30th saying I own 1200 dollars for a payload dated back to 2011 who are these people

Looks like its time to report these people to the FBI.Tired of getting all these bogus phone calls

same issue. I contacted an Atty and was advised that it is an extortion call. i have gotten a bunch of these calls. its crazy. I never even took out a loan.

I received a threatening call saying thta a lawsuit has filed against me and if I do not contact this number in 4 hours a restraining order will filed against me and they will contact my employer, this is ridiculous this is not the first time, they have been calling like 10 times in a period of 4 months.

Called, and I returned the call. They said that I owed 1500.00 on a payday loan from 2012. This didn't happen!

Someone left a written message on my desk that a person from this number called on Friday and said that a complaint had been filed against me and a potential restraining order and that I have 4 hours to respond. I just called the number and it was answered "litigations!". I asked litigation for who, and there was no answer.

Yup, had TWO calls from them in the last few days, but have had them before. When I called (I was curious, knew it was a scam), they said they were from IRS Litigation regarding a payday loan. Yeah, right...IRS litigation does not deal with payday loans, and in my state IF I had one and was delinquent, they would turn it over to the local courts, not call from a supposed litigation office either private or with any agency. I think the IRS line is to instill fear in people. They "said" they would remove me from their database, and that I "need to do what you feel you need to do" when I told them I KNEW it was a scam.

I just received the same call from this number, but before calling it back, I posted to Facebook and asked my friends if they have heard of anything like this...this is when they told me to google the number and I came across this page!!....Kinda scary if they do have all of my information, should I contact credit reporting agencies and tell them this number has called me???

i got the same 4 hour call from this same number saying that i needed to call back with in 4 hrs and i called back where the phn line rung rung rung, finally someone answered and the guy asked me to verify my last name so i did that is when he said that i owed $2000 for borrowing which i don't owe for a bank that i haven't heard of and said that if i cant come to an agreement with the bank they will charge me fees and penalties of another $2500. then this MF asked me if i can verify my SSN and i said no thanks and they thanked me for calling and hung .
