repeated inbound calls from this #. Eves, Weekends, etc. No ID shows

i worked for this company for a few months. Its called nova 1 Sturner & Klien. Their representatives call YOU because...1. you decided to order a magazine. Your subscription is up.2. Because of this, a representative calls you to see if you would like to re-subscribe to your magazine at a matching price per year or two years or a better price. 3. also, when you do want to re-subscribe, the magazines Sturner & Klien represents gives stuff away with your renewed subscription.4. they are not allowed to leave messages due to company policy.5. when you answer the phone, the representative is on mute, so when they hear you say hello, there may be a delay until they actually hear you. Now that this is settled, when you ask to be put on the do not call list, that representative is required by law to do so, and they do most of the time. so just answer your phone and say that at least. and dont go freaking out on these people that call you, they are humans to and this is thier job. they never asked to be yelled at, and a lot of people suffer your cursing and ignorant mouths so they can feed thier family every two weeks. so do them a favor for trying to do you a favor and have some courtesy.

The caller today was selling subscriptions to the Christian Science Monitor.

The latest call was at 8:41PM July 8, 2008. I am on the Do Not Call list. I have received a lot of calls from them this past week.

Called my cell phone. When I answered, they asked for me by name, and I said "She's not in, can I take a message?" The caller said they were from Auto Insurance Specialists, and would call again.

We've been getting calls from this number 208-327-175l for the past 2 weeks. Called ID shows only IDAHO so we do not answer. This along with the political calls is extremely annoying.

I've gotten at least 7 calls from this number in the last 3 days

Caller knew my last name and used initials that could be construed as either a shortcut for my Dad's first name or two separate initials which wouldn't have been correct for this household. I responded that no one of that name lived here(didn't mention that my Dad passed on 6 months ago)and he responded that he had to check his records and hung up!
