For what it's worth, I personally apologize for that. We are told over and over that we are never to hang up before the other person is completely done speaking. Unfortunately, getting some bad apples can't always be controlled (but, they don't last long). We truly don't want to call people back that have already said no, because it's not only a total waste of our time, but it brings down our personal stats when we get a no-sale call. It's obviously expected that the majority of our calls are going to be no sales. But, if we're taking a hit to our stats because of a call that another rep labeled as "unavailable" instead of a no-sale (so that they can keep from bringing their own stats down), trust me, the good, honest rep, who ends up labeling it correctly, is not very happy. For the record, 3/4 of the last new hires are no longer there for that exact reason.

On id caller, Boise Idaho, 208-327-1751,m 6/23/08, 5:34pm. Just doesn't say anything, then hangs up. We are on the DNCL Registry, and will do whatever it takes to stop these annoying calls.

This caller hangs up when my message machine answers. Going back through my call history, I can see he's called 4 times between 6/18 and 6/30/2008. I am also on the National Do Not Call registry. How can we make sure this person pays the price for violating the Do Not Call laws?Debbie
