Pishing scam looking to get your credit card information. If only the federal government would do one of the few things they are suppose to do, protect citizens from fraud!

I pressed the "1" to talk to a person. This person threatened me. I asked her to please quit calling, I would report this and sue because I have repeatly asked them to quit calling me.. She told me I could not do that...that I had no money and that I did not know who I was messing with. They call me on my cell. How do I get them to quit calling. I get these calls about three times a week.

This number called my home at 11:18 AM on 21 Aug 2012. I let it ring about three times until my caller ID showed me the number and identified the caller as "Out of the area." I answered and said "Hello." But, there was no one there. I waited for about 20 seconds, but no one ever came on line. I did not sit there and say "hello? hello? hello?" I just waited for a response to my initial "hello." But ... nothing. This happens about once a day to me. Spooky, weird, and illogical. Why would a company pay long-distance charges to call me for nothing?

My cell phones are on the "do not call List". Last call from this number was 8-22-12. Hope they never call again,

I receive daily calls from this phone number, and I make it a rule not to answer a number I can't identify. I have yet to speak to the caller but I can report two or three calls from the same location per day.

I get all from these people a least 4 times a week and I DO NOT ANSWER. I'm tired of this so any idea how to STOP THIS number form being able to call my cell phone? These are probably the same people who are trying to SCAM people claiming the can "lower your credit card intrest rates. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY ARE NOT FROM ANY BANK. This is a 100% SCAM. THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS YOUR BANKS NAME AND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. DO NO T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING
