I found something that works. I changed my phone service from ATT to Ooma.com. They allow you to create your own blacklist of calls which I have set up to receive message "This number blocked". Seems to work so far and cut my home phone bill to $13.70 or so a month.

Went to the Gov site to file a complaint. I entered the information with this phone number and it said "sorry, can not file a complaint since the number is less then 31 days old. I see here people getting calls from this number for years.

I missed a call from this number and called it back, it says it's for subscribers only and we don't recognize your number. I added to my reject list on my phone. :)

I recieved this number and then got one for the same agency with a different number 877-834-3237.its the same people. I never answer an unknown number.

Got a call from recorded note as well. Love pressing 1 and harassing them... play their game, cost them money as well.i've also reported them (again). They call every two weeks or so - guaranteed.

I have fun witih these calls. I answer, press one and when I hear the person, I blow a coaches whistle into the phone. One annoyance deserves another. LOL

I kept getting these calls...Hi I'm Rachel..etc. So I recorded it on my cell phone and when they call my house phone I press one and when they answer I play back their own irritating message. My record is 4 times playing it back to them before they figure out their system isn't really screwed up ; just me screwing with them. Their calls are getting fewer and farther in between.

Rachel at credit card services! Same old scam! Find an old "fake" card number --not legitimate but totaling the same as a valid card number --a phoney name and give what info yu gave them to the Do Not call complaints--when they try to use that fake number--maybe it will register to where they are caught and "jailed" for fraud! I have had repeated calls from Rachel and they are all the same but own one debit card and use it only when my personal bank is closed "at its own ATM" so no threat of some one pilfering info from my card! is very very small. Giving them "false" information may result in their attempts to use that false info and get caught!
