I got 2 texts today from 210 100 006 and 210 100 007. It listed a name - Louise Thurston and listed an email of Assmith1786 @ google. I blocked both the numbers. The name is listed under Craigslist and it said something about a paypal situation. Didn't sound good.

I had the same thing on my boat on craigslist and googled the address and saw its reported as spam. I had nothing to do for awhile so I sent a 100 or so emails back to them with their email address as being a scammer. at least they know someone is on to them and can prevent them from getting e mail for a few minutes anyway. My ad was posted in Mexico so they work all over.

yea i just received the same message except the email address was a bunch of random letters in front of @cedargrove-rtc.com i looked up cedargrove rtc and its a place for abused males ages 10-18... really strange

Got a text from this number. Very upset by it. Knew my name and I'm freaked out

Got a call from this number. Said they are home alone and please call. The number was spelled out in words. Do not know who or what this is.

Anyone can send a text via email to your phone. For example with Verizon the format is @vtext.com (every carrier has a different phone number). When your receive this type of text message the number reported is 1 (210) 100-xxx, where xxx is a number that increments every time you receive a new message.
