Why should one have to pay for an unanswered call? I should not have to pay for wrong numbers. Would you really block a call from a hospital or the police whose numbers you don't have . I need to know if a loved one is injured or ill. Perhaps you will change your mind when you're an adult.

I have all my phones on the do not call call list. with scammers they dont care. most of the time the real thieves are in foreign countries we in America and Canada can't touch.1. Facebook, Myspace, are where these people are looking for phone numbers now. never know that stranger you friended for farmville, whatever game could be using a bot to get names to access numbers.2. filling out sweepstakes or surveys, this info is sold very cheap. companies will sell 1000 names for $around $20-$30.Take your numbers out of phone books, off social websites, don't fill out surveys if you do dont give number. scammers don't care about do not call list. they are not legitimate businessess.

Called and hung up before I even picked up the phone

Answered call from 210-280-8487, all that was on the line was chatter in the background. some of which sounded foreign. Put phone to TV for about a minute and still background chatter

calls repeatedly ask for my husband when I ask what they want the hang up without saying who they are they refused to stop calling
