AGAIN THIS CALLER HAS CALLED FOR THE NINTH TIME IN ONE WEEK AND I HAVE REPORTED AGAIN TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST. LAST NIGHT WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY LEFT A MESSAGE, AGAIN IT'S THIS 9:00 PM LOCAL TIME THIS MARKETING SURVEY ASKING "WE WANT TO ASK YOU SOME QUESTION ABOUT YOUR NEWS PAPER SUBSCRIPTION - YOUR TELEPHONE SERVICE - YOUR CELULLAR PROVIDER - YOUR TELEVISION SERVICE" AND A BUNCH OF OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT MY LIKES AND DISLIKES ABOUT OTHER ITEMS. THIS IS GOT TO END I'M VERY PUT OUT ABOUT THIS TEXAS CALLER. I JUST HOPE THIS WILL END SOON AS I AM ABOUT READY TO CHANGE MY TELEPHONE NUMBER ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD THIS NUMBER FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I changed my number and now I am getting these calls. I never did before. they have called after nine and I too have reported them to the do not call regestry. doesn't seem to matter.

Called. Reading comments from others. Not as late of a call as last night but I ain't answering unknown numbers...left me a message I refuse to check.

Have called 4 times in the last week. Want to talk to my 18 yr old son but will not tell me why.

This makes the 10th call this month all at (9:00 PM Local time). I have notifed the Do Not Call also 10 times this month and still I get these darn calls at (9:00 PM) just like clock work again I have got these calls with out any message left. I am reciving calls from the above telephone numer every evening and now have started getting them daily. I want this to stop.

Advise the caller that you want to be removed from their list, and that any further calls will be considered harassment. Write down their name and the date/time that you made this request. They must honor this regardless of the nature of their call in relation to the do not call list. If you ask to be removed and to receive no further calls it must be honored no matter what. If they call after that "fcc telephone harassment" and how to file a complaint.
