I too received a call earlier today from this number. They left a message that they were doing a survey, not selling anything. The caller wanted me to call an 800 number. Doesn't Neilson get TV watching habits from the newer TVs that most of us have? I thought I read that some place, but of course they couldn't collect data on radio, newspapers, etc.
Calls my phone every day several times. He left a message on my phone. Why can't i get verizon to do something about this annoyance?
Why for you keep answering this same number time after time? Every time, same thing, so why not block?If you always do what you always done, you always get what you always got.
First any unauthorized call from the Lone Star state will always be treated as suspicious. Secondly this particular organization will be considered telephone terrorists.

This Scarborough RSC is a PITA that appears to like to annoy persons. Never tried to call back on this one but have on others with the response "sorry but that number you dialed is not operaional." How is it allowed to be non--operational and make disturbing calls? Where is the telephone companies on that one?

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
