They are violating FTC do not call even they say they are not. My phone company has a *60 option so the call cannot get through. Some caller ID boxes also have a reject system.

These folks called me at 9:50 pm... they left no message ..... They are not suppose to call after 9:00pm ... I have read a lot of these posts and I see that I am not the only one having problems with them! I am also on the do not call list!

Just don't answer it, if you answer it they confirm somebody lives there and they will give your number out and your phone won't stop ringing. I'm considering tracking them down to settle this in court, maybe then the harrassment will stop.

I received a call tonight from this number at 9:54pm est, I advised the very rude individual that he is not a call a home after 9:00 pm, this individual advised me that if he is doing a survey he could call up until midnight, is there a better time, I advised this individual not to call again, this person was very persistent, I had to end up hanging up

Called me at 9:30 p.m. I asked why they were calling after 9:00 pm and the girl said they were told to call between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. because people "wouldn't be busy then."She said it was research - not selling anything - and I hung up.

Colorado is a no call state. Unsolicited calls are illegal. My number is unlisted as well.This company is breaking the law.

They also have called me quite late. Once I finally answered I pretended to be a character similar to Mrs. Swan on SNL. I say you no call me no more! Screaming it into the phone. I think I scared the person a bit. When they asked me if anyone if my family was employed in the TV or radio industry, I say yes, we all movie stars! You watch me on TV, channel 204 on Saturday, watch me, new reality show. You watch! (all while yelling at a very annoying volume). I am not sure if they will call again, but it was fun for me and that's all that counts.
