I am going to figure out who and where they are. They have called me 8 times, all after 8 PM. I too have an unlisted number and am on the do not call list. Yet, they seem secure in the idea that they can do what they damn well please.So, when I track the suckers down, I'm invoicing them for each of the calls and charging a penalty for the last 7 calls - made after I instructed them to NEVER call me again. If they do not pay my invoice, I will take them to small claims court and collect.They are using my infrastructure to conduct their business. They do NOT have permission to use my infrastructure.

These people keep calling me from Texas Call (210) 736-3080 all the time. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me yet they continue to do so. Everytime they call me I report them to the attorney general. Each time the attorney general basically says nothing can be done. That isn't fair in my opinion. My phone number is unlisted and on the do not call list. So I will continue to report the call to the attorney general anyway. I want my voice to be heard! Come on people let our voices be heard keep reporting them to the attorney general anyway and hopefully something will be done!

Yeah, try winning that argument in court. You should stop taking advice from your barroom buddies, since they have as little knowledge about the law as you do.

Idiots call day/night with different numbers. Say they are trying to complete a survey. Call other times and don't leave a message. Do Not Answer...they are a pain in the A##!

2107363080, Scarborough research, calls nightly after kids are in bed. Have been asked repeatedly to stop calling, and say they can not remove us fromthe list even though we're on all the do not call lists. Did call the 1800 number given to me by the rep and asked to be removed from the calling list. They have continued to call despite our repeated requests they stop. These people are awful! Just want them to stop calling.

I receive about 3 or more calls a day till after 8:00 p.m. I finally answered a third call today and told them to stop calling. The man on the other line said "well let's just make this a good last call and answer my questions". I hung up. This is harassment and I am tired of being called by them every day. I have a life and it doesn't include them.

Calls received (they change their number OFTEN) day and night. Once left a message stating they were completing a survey. Stupid questions, etc. Wonder if calling law enforcement would help? Doubt that the company is legit. SCAMMER

Have also been getting calls every night from 210-736-3080. Called 1-800-753-6043 tonight and asked to be taken off their call list. Thanks for posting the 800 number. Hope it works!
