I blocked their number and within 5 minutes I got another call from them from another number. I want to be removed from their call list!

Called late afternoon. I didn't answer and they left no message. This is the first time they've called, but based on all the other comments I may be in for the duration!!! Thanks to those who provided the toll free number, at least I'll know who to contact if they call again.

Had a call at 9:45 p. m. this evening from 210-736-3080. Caller I. D. showed SCARBOROUGH RSC. Didn't answer, just blocked it and then looked it up. This is a strange coincidence because I have just had two reps from the Nielsen TV ratings come to my door during the past two weeks wanting to know why I didn't want to participate in their TV rating service.

called at 2020hrs to present a survey. not interested. blocked.

We were getting continuous calls from these clowns which I was letting go to the machine.Just for fun, one evening, I answered and went into a one-sided conversation if I was talking to someone trying to deliver a pizza and having trouble finding the house. The person kept trying to interrupt and I kept telling him "left turn, not a right turn" and other random instructions.Haven't called since.Whether they got the message or just chalked me up to some crazy old guy doesn't really matter to me.

I called the 800 number above and they said they will remove my number. Thank you

This company has been calling us non-stop on a daily basis. We have a non-published phone number so I have no idea HOW they get our number. We have had to change our phone number at least 3 times in the past year due to these type of calls. It was getting totally out of hand. I get up very early so I'm in bed by 8 p.m. They have called numerous times at 9:30 p.m. and later, but they also call during the day! I don't answer calls when I don't know the caller, but the last time they called I was sound asleep, didn't have my glasses handy so I couldn't see the caller ID and thought my daughter may have been calling so I picked up. I told them I do not answer surveys (or anything else) over the phone. He kept trying to get me to participate, then wanted my husband to participate. 9:30 AT NIGHT! VERY frustrating.

Caller ID showed "Nielsen". Since it was nearly 10 p.m., I picked up the phone once and hung up. She promptly called back, at which time I answered. The woman said she was calling for Scarborough (sp?) Research. Based on the time of day alone, I have blocked this as a nuisance number. I pay for a phone for MY convenience, not to be harassed by scammers, surveys, and other unsolicited calls.

It was a survey - it took a while but they are sending me $5. I don't mind answering because I've actually made money working with research organizations before. My biggest concern is 1) if they are who they say they are (yes) and will they sell or use my information in any phishing scheme (no - or I would follow up with the attorney general and/or complaints to the Better Business Bureau). I am, however, concerned about folks that have been hounded by the researchers and haven't been able to get off the call list. I'm going to do the printed surevey and when I send that in I'll follow up by reporting these problems to the company.
