Just got a call from these jokers (Tuesday). Went online to check the due date...yeah, its THURSDAY. So, to recap for the benefit of the C@*&knocker above, its not that I have bad credit (I don't, I just have a [***] ton of student loan debt, on account of LAW SCHOOL) and its not that I'm late with my payment(I'm not). It's not a scam. Its a credit card company called Credit One. They are calling because they believe that you are late on a payment. They can call as many times as the want to. If you want them to stop you either have to make a payment or send them a certified letter telling them they can't call you. If you have never had a card with them then you will probably want to find out why they are calling you. They are not a telemarketer and they don't sell cards over the phone. They only call when a payment is late.
