calls my home, work, and cell several times does not leave a message but calls and calls and calls. I am only 1 day late on the payment and they started calling continuously the day the payment was due. That is pure harrassment. If they continue, they will be reported to the FTC and they will end up oweing me $1000 for harrassment.

I have read all the posts and I don't even have a credit one account anymore and never will but they sure called me today. My account went to collections years ago and I finished paying it off early this year after they threatened to sue me.

You do realize in this day and age that it is totally illegal for any company to do this! For any reason! You can owe them $100,000.... but if they call you and you tell them that are NOT to EVER call your number again and they are only allowed to contact you via mail correspondence, And they continue to call you (even if u don't consider the call harassing) you can sue them for every call they make! That's a fact! And if they do call back after that, I suggest recording those calls, so u not only have proof of the call but of exactly what what said. B/c not only is it illegal for them to call u after u have instructed them not to, even if u don't tell them that, the laws today clearly state that these guys can not make harassing statements/threats in any way! Believe me! No matter what they say to you in a letter or on the phone, they are not going to sue u or take your house or your car over a few hundred dollars or even a few thousand!(that the IRS' job. ... Lol) They try making these threats so they can get their commission! Even tho most companies don't play these games anymore (I'm sure mostly b/c it's illegal now), you still have a few rogues out there that ignore everything for money. Good luck!

IT Is a scam... they called five times in ten mins and I answered and they hung up.. so I call back...and the stupid Indian man asks for my social bahhhaa haaaa ...Never...I tell him he can go back and look up my number and find me bc he calls it over and over...ooh no mam social I dont have number..what?... I tell him im calling better business bureau and he says stop trying to intimidate him...wussy...so my husbund breaks it down for them...send it in the mail and we will look ur number up and turn I in and hung up...why if these people a scam and done this so long that why do they get away with this....oo o kno...bc ur idiana [***]

I've received a few calls from this number in the past few days. I didn't pick up, and they did not leave a message. I looked them up and found this site. I do not have any credit cards. I do not know why credit one bank would call me ever.

After they call go to the number...if you have android and select add to the reject list

They call all day long from morning to night and when we answer no one says anything.

I got a call from this number and they claim to be credit one bank....They are not. Its a scam if you actually have a credit-one credit care report it to them that this number is calling you.
