good gravy! please go back to common sense school! I can't believe this brand of stupidity resides in human form. You have zero right to operate a phone if you think your responses to the scam man was even vaguely clever!

Caller ID said "Robert Purdy." When I answered, the recording said something like: "We have been trying to reach you regarding your credit card. To lower your interest rate press 1." I did, knowing it was BS since I have no credit cards. A man with a heavy accent answered and said something I couldn't understand. I said "I need to speak with Robert Purdy." The man said "He's dead." I asked "Do his next of kin know you are still using his number?" He hung up.

I just want them to stop calling me. They call everyday. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD!

Just received a call from this number, said it was to lower my credit card rate. Told him I don't have a credit card, he responded "yes you do" so after asking for further information he hung up on me. Annoying scammer.

I have received 5 calls from this number just today! So irritating!!! Answered the first 2 and of course no one says anything. The other, I didn't answer.

Maybe not clever but certainly funny!!!

Got the following message on my VMS:We have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before. We are unable to lower your credit card interest rate press 1 to speak to the member services department or press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire.The funniest thing is I only have an Amex card...Nice try...NOT!!!

Received call today, no message left. Do not know this person.

They kept calling over and over about credit card offer. I asked to remove my number and they say no. Can only do so if I accept an offer. WTH? I reported to do not call list and have blocked them.
