Never follow opt out instructions on scam numbers! You will get the opposite and get more scam calls instead. Ignore and BLOCK, that is all that can be done. Even changing you phone number is a waste, unless it's a severe issue.

I get calls of this sort - lower interest rate offer - about once a week and I have to answer because it's a business cell. Instead of arguing with them and making them call you MORE often, I just hang up and block the number.

Repetitive calls...annoying...constant...& illegal. Heavy Middle-Eastern accent...ID says "Robert Purdy 212-465-9832"...obviously NOT ANY LEGIT CR/CARD COMPANY, THEY ALWAYS UTILIZE 800/888/866 NUMBERS- NOT A LONG DISTANCE PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER-!!!

Same old credit card scammers changing their spoofed numbers. Lucky me that my blocklist is unlimited!
