Never follow opt out instructions on scam numbers! You will get the opposite and get more scam calls instead. Ignore and BLOCK, that is all that can be done. Even changing you phone number is a waste, unless it's a severe issue.
I get calls of this sort - lower interest rate offer - about once a week and I have to answer because it's a business cell. Instead of arguing with them and making them call you MORE often, I just hang up and block the number.
Where were you during common sense school?...who in the world has no life except to troll into these reply sites to make much dumber.statements than those who are trying to inform folks what has happened to them with a little levity. JEEZ!
