Called my DNC listed CELL phone for heaven's sake. Left no message and got himself blocked.
Since I didn't recognize number, did not answer. Deleted it. People ought to get smart and if number is not recognized, just delete it without answering or calling back. That seems the only defense against these cranks. 100% no response would waste their time and lives.
