The phone rang 3 times then stopped All that was left was a phone #213-503-8127. No v.mail or any other type of info. was given by caller
Robo call with recorded message, starting with, "Congratulations, you've been selected..." that's when I hung up and added the number to my blocked list.
Nuisance call. I did not answer. They left no message. The government and phone companies should prevent this nonsense.
The caller says he's from customer service but does not name a company. As a reward for being such a good customer wants to give me a trip - didn't hear where too as I hung up.
Sadly I answered because it was local-ish call. I hung up right after "Do not hang up, the US Department of ..."
I just got a call on my landline at 11:57am and never left voicemail. I am so tired of these people calling me and my block on my phone is full. Annoying!!!
Caller ID said "wireless caller." I didn't recognize number, so I did not answer. They did not leave a message.
They won't unfortunately. Hitting 9 tells them that your number is DEFINITELY active, and they'll sell it off to other scammers. Best thing to do is to not answer, and the second best thing to do is to hang up once you realize what it is. In either case, report them to DoNotCall dot gov.
