I received 2 calls from this number, its my friend in jail. It says hagerstown, md institute, but I can't find that jail on the internet.....
we have had 12 calls from this number, we do not accept collect calls from anyone, cannot get them to stop
It is a California number but said an inmate is calling me from my local county jail. It had the options of the supposed free call. Jail calls are never free, either you or the inmate pays. Plus it didn't have anyones name. I know how this system normally works because i had a buddy in jail before that used to call me. This is a scam, never answer unknown numbers. If its important enough they will leave a voicemail.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
