Just got a call from someone who I could barely understand on the voicemail but I did make out that it was a consulting company.
They all are Indians and use fake names. They set up fake interviews by their own people. They will follow up and will send you offer letter and will ask your personal information which I provided by mistake and now I am really worried. What should I do now, please suggest!!!!
I just got one of these calls from a guy named 'Kit' who wanted to represent me for a job supposedly in my area. It sounded like a job in my field, but the company is an IT consulting firm, not at all what I deal with and their website didn't even list the job I was being offered. The email from 'Kit' just gave the firm's name, the job title, and the pay. He put in the minimum rate I was asking for and was personally guaranteeing I'd get that rate without speaking to the hiring firm. So many red flags.

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.
