Even though this response is in 2015, it is interesting you bring up the time 10:00 am. I got mine at 10:14 am. Obviously knows what time zone you live in. My area code is from a location in a time zone 1 hour ahead of where I live but it knows what time zone I am in. GPS no doubt
I keep receiving calls from an 865-6696 all throughout the entire day. I just click ignore but this person still keeps calling. No message is ever left and I have tried calling it back but I get a message that says "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please hang up and try again." There is no area code that comes up so I have no clue where it is coming from. I am going to try and block the call using zeros as the area code and see what happens. Very creepy.
calls from this number has been harassing me for the past week or so and i cant seem to stop it.
THE SAME EXACT THING KEEPS HAPPENING TO ME!!!!!!!!I just called Sprint and the number 774828368237 doesn't show up on their end. They show no records of me receiving ANY calls at the times these two number are calling me. They did say that the 865-6696 number was a 518 area code, but I suspect it clones whatever area code your phone is in. Did you find out who this was?????
I too am annoyed by this number, but remember that liberal gov't you hate is only abiding by the cuts the conservatives wanted. Typical, wants the benefits of gov't and complains when cuts are in effect.

Since I’ve been receiving calls from this number I blocked my own number and tried calling back. The message state this phone no does not exist. Definitely a scam.
Been getting several call a day for the past two weeks. Not sure who they are or what they want
It's a scam. Ally Financial. I too do not have loans. They text me me often. They are persistent This phone # is close to the real Ally phone number but a tad off. TOTAL SCAM. Report to the real Ally.
Called multiple times this afternoon, picked up one. They says they are irs and wanted me to submit something. Find it fishy hanged up, they called one more time and never called again.

Called at 545 AM woke everyone up. Wouldn't reply I block d it Was calling land line
Seems dodgy - automated call saying Northern Light Eastern Maine, and to call back on the number, then wanting me to verify all my personal information - I don't think so.
