It just happened to me I said hello nobody said nothing then whoever hung up tried calling back just keep getting busy signal

Now counting more than 20 consecutive calls tonight, a new one ringing in as soon as I hang up. It's a robot offering a free cruise to the Bahamas in return for taking a survey on the phone, even offering to add other people to the cruise free. I tried going through their 3-question survey to get a live person at the end, but the robot hung up on me instead. I've had single spam calls from them for weeks; this is the first time their computer has locked on my number.

I haven't been a student in 40 years! Automated call. Hung up and blocked.

I received a call from this number today. Just like everyone else, no message was left. However, my YouMail account showed a name of Anthony Kowalczyk as the name this phone number is tied to. I don't know that person.

Yes, legitimate surveys from organizations not trying to sell something are exempt...but this is clearly not a legitimate survey based on the "you've won a free cruise!" hook. Either scammers or timeshare sales, most likely.
