I see the last post about this is from July. They are still at it. Called my number twice first message was for the person they are supposedly looking for the other was to notify me that they were looking for that person. Same M.O. case to be filed in Dallas County, contracting employer so on so forth. The young lady said her name was Laura Hall and left the following number for the legal department
Just got a call from this number saying that they are looking for my brother in law and that to call 855 446 4010 to give this case number. That they have a file that is being routed to their county. I did a search and found the exact same number 214 915 0554 has called others with similar messages and that it is fake. Do not call any numbers back.
Same thing happened to me this morning. They had a lot of info about a family friend . Said the same things: can't reach the person, goes to voicemail, needs to call by end of day, name is red flagged, will send people out to property, said there is a case against my friend, gave a file number to use when you call.Scam!!!!
